• Return Window: 20 days from delivery. Items must be in original condition with tags.

• Defective/Incorrect Items: Report within 24 hours with order number and photos.
• Order Cancellation: Free within 24 hours; later cancellations may incur a 25% fee.
• Refunds: Processed within 5 business days after inspection.
